- The Karen Hasse-Herrick Education and Research Fund
Named after Karen Hasse-Herrick NWONE’s long standing Executive Director, this fund exists to develop and support both educational and research programs and to provide financial support for individuals who could not otherwise participate in educational offerings or conduct research. - Funds designated for specific Commissions or operational areas such as: member services, nursing practice, or new program or initiative development.
- Unrestricted funds – donations in this area designated for use as needed by the organization to provide financial support for ongoing operations. This fund allows the board of directors to make choices in how the discretionary funds are used consistent with need and the current strategic plan.
- Funds designated to support specific educational offerings. Please note that Industry sponsorship levels for specific educational programs have contribution levels that are defined differently and are often negotiated based on what that industry partner would like to accomplish through their support.
