Surgical Services Nurse Manager

Mountain View Hospital, in Madras, Oregon is seeking a Surgical Services Nurse Manager to complement our energetic organization. 

This position is responsible for the 24-hour coordination and management of OR Services, and provide leadership for clinical excellence; personnel management; fiscal accountability, positive relations, and customer service.  In addition, the Surgical Services Nurse Manager participates in hospital-wide activities to achieve department and organizational goals. 

We are looking for an individual who is able to represent and support the philosophy of Mountain View Hospital.  This position requires an A.A. degree, Bachelor's degree (B.S.N.) from a four year college/university strongly preferred. Current Registered Nurse licensure with State of Oregon Board of Nurse Examiners required.  A minimum of five years related experience, training in a related position, and management experience required.  Rural CAH experience is strongly desired.
