Surgical Services Director

We are looking for a Surgical Services Director to join our management team. This is an exempt, full-time, benefited position. The Surgical Services Director is responsible for all functions of the Same Day Center, Central Sterile, Surgery and PACU. Candidates will demonstrate skills in leadership, management, interpersonal relations, conflict resolution and problem solving.

The Surgical Services Director must hold a current registered nursing license in Idaho or a compact state. Current BLS, ACLS and CNOR certification is required. Candidates are required to have a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN), or obtain the degree within two years of hire.
