This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a nursing professional with eight years of diverse and progressively more responsible healthcare experience. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, this position will provide leadership for hospital wide nursing patient care programs, policies, and procedures that describe how patients’ nursing care needs, treatment and services are assessed, evaluated and met in alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the department and hospital.

The qualified candidate will develop and communicate a shared nursing vision and will participate in setting strategic direction through active involvement with the senior management team including designing and implementing a patient care delivery model that supports and promotes strategic planning, vision and mission of the hospital.

We are looking for a leader with strong people management skills, customer service orientation, and who is energetic and visible. Requirements include current Oregon RN license or eligibility, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, Masters degree preferred.
