The Chief Operating/Nursing Officer provides leadership to a variety of nursing, ancillary and support departments and is responsible for hospital operations. The COO/CNO is an integral member of the PNMC executive leadership team, as well as a participant in regional and system initiatives. Qualified applicants will hold a BSN with a current RN license and have a minimum of 10 years of administrative experience in healthcare, including at least 5 years in a nursing, finance or operations director or CNO role.
