Cascade Valley Hospital and Clinics located in Arlington is seeking a full-time Inpatient Nursing Director.

The Inpatient Nursing Director is responsible for assisting the Assistant Administrator Care Services to ensure the process function, outcomes, customer satisfaction and quality measures are met through knowledge of the process and customer requirements. The Inpatient Nursing Director assists in assuring provision of adequate resources, human and equipment/supplies, and the removal of barriers for desired outcomes. Initiates and participates in process improvement on an ongoing basis, and process redesign as necessary. Works closely with other process teams to ensure seamless flow and optimal organizational outcomes in accordance with the strategic plan. Mentors, develops and coaches the process teams.

The position requires an active Washington State RN license and a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. Three years management experience in a healthcare setting desired.
