The Acute Care Director will be responsible for the 24-hour coordination of the Nursing Patient care areas. This position manages the Medical/Surgical, Obstetrical Services, Case Management and Swing Bed Programs including In-Patient Rehab Services. The primary responsibilities of this position are to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall position of the Nursing Services. This position provides leadership for: clinical excellence; personnel management; fiscal accountability, positive relations, and customer service.

The right candidate will have strong nursing background along with interpersonal and team building skills, and enjoy solving problems and celebrating successes. The candidate must possess a collaborative and participatory management style with open, honest and direct communication skills. This position reports to a dynamic, forward thinking CNO who inspires the team with passion for our mission.

This position requires a valid registered Oregon nursing license, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Nursing, with a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
