Versant Holdings, LLC assists clients in developing and sustaining professional nursing organizations… One Nurse at a Time™. Versant® offers clients the Versant RN Residency®, an outcome-based, comprehensive onboarding program designed to assist in successfully attracting, developing, and retaining nurse graduates entering their organizations. Formed in 1999, graduates of the Versant RN Residency® now exceed 8,500 nurse residents. Versant® is also engaged in developing residency programs designed to transition experienced nurses into new clinical practice within the organization.

Versant® seeks highly engaged, talented individuals who understand and are passionate about our mission. We have a particular desire to build our Performance & Outcomes (POM) team, who work closely with our clients to achieve documented, demonstrable outcomes. The POM team's primary role is to manage and build client relationships. Key POM roles include providing services to clients during the RN Residency start-up process and continuous management of the RN Residency. The POM team member - like all of Versant® - works within a distributed, virtual organization.
