Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center in Gresham, Oregon has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Nurse Manager to lead our newly renovated Emergency Department and Ambulatory Care Unit. Our full-service hospital is located between two of Oregon's premier recreational areas; Mt. Hood and the Columbia River Gorge, giving it easy access to activities from skiing to fishing to camping. Legacy Mount Hood is a growing medical center with an award winning patient experience. The hospital features a new emergency department, sophisticated imaging equipment, a modern ICU, full cancer care, a birthing center and more, and is backed by a staff who enjoy a family-like atmosphere.

We are seeking an experienced leader with strong people management skills to oversee all aspects of operations in our 30-bed leading edge 24/7 facility that handles everything from minor medical issues to acute emergencies and treats 44,000 patients annually. With the second highest patient volumes in our system the Emergency Department at Mt. Hood features a focused Children's Emergency area, Ambulatory Care Unit, state-of-the-art imaging, including x-ray, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), emergency ultrasonography and a comprehensive diagnostic laboratory.

Master's in nursing strongly preferred. Must have a minimum five years related experience, three of which must be in clinical nursing. Experience in an Emergency Department is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in operational leadership, budget management, and have a proven history of successful communication and engagement of staff and physicians.As a nationally known and respected health care provider,
