NWONE currently serves over 500 members.  Most of our members live in either Washington or Oregon, though our membership is not restricted by location.  Membership is open to all registered nurses who are not part of a collective bargaining contract, who have interest in supporting and advancing nursing leadership.  Non-voting Affiliate Membership may be granted to community and corporate leaders who have demonstrated a commitment to nursing and nursing leadership in the Pacific Northwest, and who have goals consistent with the mission, vision and values of NWONE. 

We encourage membership in NWONE to any nurse leader or emerging nurse leader. Our members represent nurse leaders at all levels and in all walks of professional life from the traditional front line manager to nurse entrepreneurs, Clinical Nurse Specialists and Clinical Nurse Leaders and both Chief Nurse Executives and Chief Executive Officers.  We hope that if you are not a member you will consider joining NWONE.
